About Dr. Sara Hanna
Dr. Sara Hanna-Salem received her Bachelor’s degree from Simmons University in Boston, MA, and her Doctor of Optometry degree from The New England College of Optometry with honors.
She went on to complete a residency in ocular disease and low vision at the Veteran’s Hospital in New York.
Dr. Hanna provides comprehensive eye exams that detect and manage ocular diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.
Dr. Hanna also provides pediatric exams starting at the age of 3.She has extensive knowledge and experience with fitting patients in the latest contact lens technology such as soft, astigmatic, and presbyopic lenses.
She strives to provide patients with the highest level of eye care and treatment. Dr. Hanna is also an animal lover, spending her free time supporting and volunteering at various animal charities while also taking care of her two rescue dogs!
