“I had a very good experience. I was able to be seen via zoom call with the doctors nurse pracrioner.
The day before the zoom call, I submitted 3 photos of the area in question. I was prescribed a cream that day.
When I spoke to the NP the next day, we were able to discuss treatment and the cream application, etc.. Follow ups can be easily booked. If you have a suspicious area they can at least give you an idea and then they will quickly refer you to an on site dermatologist. ”

The NP I saw was lovely & they responded quickly to my emails and resolved the issues below and I was still able to see a provider!
They did have a lot of tech related issues including discrepancies in apt time between zoc doc & their internal system. Their local office phone number listed in all of their communications does not accept incoming calls (this is the number listed on zoc doc as well). When they called me the first time there was zero sound & they had to text instead. Their zoom link listed the appointment time as 11:30pm the day before.
They do reach out a lot prior to the appointment. But I was happy they emailed me since they were super responsive to that.
For fast, quality care I would say it was still a good experience! Just clarify the apt time with them directly. Seems like they have issues with their technical systems but the staff was very nice and professional.

Umm I'm very confused. First, days before my appt the provider already sent me a treatment plan without speaking with me. On the day of the appt, I wasn't seen by the provider, but her NP. After speaking with me, I was told to basically discard the "treatment plan" that the provider had sent days before, that she was going to look into the notes and get back to me (it's been days and nothing.) Lastly, I was told my insurance was in network, but claim came back and guess what? Not covered and I'm stuck with a bill and stuck with the same issue I scheduled for, since I was only told to take some benadryl or something while the provider got back to me. Just please, find another provider.

Even though I was not seen exactly by the doctor I booked with, the doctor did give Corinne Kohrherr, the person who ran the meeting, her notes regarding my situation. The telehealth process was efficient and I did receive a treatment plan.
However I was never seen by Dr. Nori. Although she is the board certified dermatologist described in the website and in ZocDoc the video conference was with a nurse practitioner.
I consider this to be false advertising and unprofessional.

The PA that I saw was very pleasant and went over the care plan, as well as the follow up with me. She made sure to answer all my questions and explained my prescribed medications well. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend this practice.

The Piction Team is THE best. My son has severe allergy to poison ivy. I alway go to Piction to get him diagnosed and treated right away. Not only do I circumvent the cumbersome primary care system, but I get immediate response, diagnosis and treatment. This is how care should be!!!

I used Piction Health when i had a nasty looking red patch on my arm. I took a photo and sent it to Piction on the Weekend and got an answer back in less than 24 hours. It turned out that I had an Excoriated insect bite from a spider. I followed instructions and used a Cortisone ointment to treat the bite. Piction Health was very responsive and right on target. Much more convenient than getting time with a dermatologist or going to the emergency room.
