About Dr. Satyen Gada

Dr. Gada retired from the United States Navy after 20 years of active-duty service and joined Allergy Partners full-time at our Springfield location on Old Keene Mill Road in July 2022. During his Naval service, Dr. Gada was Chief of Allergy and Immunology at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and served as the Allergy and Immunology consultant to the White House Medical Unit. His clinical acumen and bedside manner have been recognized by his peers and patients through section as a Walter Reed Master Clinician and as a recipient of the medical center’s Bronze Torch of Excellence Q.U.E.S.T Award for patient satisfaction. A dedicated member of Walter Reed’s teaching faculty, he was the Associate Program Director for the Allergy and Clinical Immunology Fellowship training program and held academic appointments as an associate professor of pediatrics and medicine at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. He has published multiple articles in peer-reviewed medical journals on various topics in allergy and immunology. Dr. Gada is proud to be part of a loving family with allergies — including himself, his wife (a practicing therapist), and their two kids. His philosophy to care: practice medicine in a way that puts patients first through listening, educating, and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual person.
