About Dr. Shareen Greenbaum
Dr. Shareen Greenbaum, M.D. is a compassionate ophthalmologist and expert surgeon who practices in Cooper City and Hallandale. Dr. Greenbaum is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. In addition, she is a board member of the Broward County Medical Association. She is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish fluently.
Dr. Greenbaum is originally from Michigan, where she graduated with honors from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She received her medical education at Wayne State University School of Medicine. She had extensive training in diseases and surgery of the eye during her residency at William Beaumont Hospital. While there, Dr. Greenbaum received specialty training in oculoplastics and advanced injection techniques, complex cataract surgery and refractive surgery.
Dr. Greenbaum’s thorough approach to eye care allows her to masterfully provide services to her patients, including cataract surgery, laser cataract surgery, eyelid surgery including blepharoplasty, treatments for eyelid malpositions and cancers, LASIK, diabetic lasers, glaucoma lasers, and advanced injection techniques using Botox and fillers.
When not serving her patients, Dr. Greenbaum enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.

Dr. Greenbaum is great.
She provides full and clear explanations.
However, the online appointment system failed to work as expected. After I made the appointment it gave me a message that I would receive a confirmation emailthat the appointment was made.

Se Greenbaum was AMAZING! She was knowledgeable, friendly, caring, kind and addressed my eye problem immediately. I went to Dr Greenbaum for 2 surgeries and one procedure and they helped a lot with really minimal scarring, if any! I trust Dr Greenbaum with my health and would highly recommend her. I even observed her with other patients, young and old and she’s super caring with them. Don’t go anywhere else if you if you’re looking for first class medical care. It’s rare to find a super intelligent doctor without arrogance, these days but Dr Greenbaum has everything positive that you need in a doctor.

Today was my first time visiting Dr.Shareen Greenbaum & everything was smooth from the check in to check out. Office staff is very friendly and organized. The assistants are very nice and take their time to listen and inform their patients. Appointment system allowing you to do appointment online while also reminding you days before up to the actual day off appointment is a great system. Love this place!
