In-Person Visit (with basic labs-CBC, CMP, A1C, TSH + T4, Lipid Panel): $235 Virtual Visit: $215 Monthly Membership: $115 per month + $79.99 one-time registration fee Fresh Start Primary Care is a direct primary care practice offering unlimited, high-access primary care through a membership model.
