Dr. Mun was great. She gave me a very thorough exam and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated all the time she took with me making sure all my issues were addressed.

I found the practice uncomfortable. It is located inside a Specs. After the first appointment, I had to ask several times for the focus distance because they wanted me to buy glasses there. Additionally, I had to ask for a copy of my prescription. There was also a follow up a week later to make sure I liked the contacts which felt really unnecessary.

I really was happy with the service i received and the promptness she had in diagnosing my issue. I have a follow up shortly so am hoping the new contacts she gave me will work miracles for my dry eyes!

She was very fast in conducting the eye exam -- both for glasses and contact lenses. Not sure if this is such a good thing. The last time I went for an eye exam, the health care professional was really thorough and very personable. He took the time to explain the current state of my eyes and even shared with me some images he took.

A good thorough exam was given. It was simple enough. She was nice. She does talk a bit too fast at times though. You may want to ask her to repeat or slow down if you don't follow.

I was able to be seen shortly after I checked in and the doctor was thorough and efficient. Frame selection here is excellent and I will definitely return for my next exam here.

HIGHLY recommend it. I've previously had very negative experiences with judgmental optometrists in NYC, but Susan Mun is professional and friendly. Super high tech equipment and clean. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything I wasn't ready to.
