“Dr. Lesko is awesome! Super nice guy, actually listens, and doesn’t talk over your head. I went in complaining about headaches from staring at screens all day. He figured it out quick, fixed my prescription (night and day difference), and gave me a couple easy tricks that already have my eyes feeling way better.
No waiting forever, staff is chill, place is clean. Honestly the most pleasant eye doctor visit I’ve ever had. Already told my whole family to switch to him! 10/10”

About Dr. Tyler Lesko
Dr. Tyler Lesko, a New Jersey native, received his undergraduate degree with honors as Summa Cum Laude from Georgian Court University where he was a member of Tribeta, Omicron Delta Kappa and Sigma Zeta honor societies. He then went on to complete his optometric training at the prestigious Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia where he graduated with honors as Summa Cum Laude as a member of both optometric honor societies Beta Sigma Kappa and Gold Key.
During his time at PCO he became very involved with organizations where he held many leadership roles including Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity where he worked closely with the Kiawanis to travel to Panama and provide eye exams to those without access to healthcare. He served as a board member for the Lions club which organized optometric screenings to the communities surrounding PCO. He also served on the board for the New Jersey Student Society of Optometric Physicians, Gold Key Honor Society and maintained membership in the American Optometric Student Association and Student American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Lesko also obtained his student fellowship for the SAAO and is pursuing a fellowship at this time.
One of his most notable awards was winning the championship of the National Optometry Student Bowl in 2021. The optometry student bowl is a competition between the top students at all 23 optometry school nationwide testing all areas of their optometric knowledge. His team also took 2nd place at the Essilor Academic Challenge 2022 in Boston, MA.
Dr. Lesko is highly trained in a wide range of ocular conditions including medical ocular care, ocular disease, specialty contact lenses, myopia control, dry eye disease, glaucoma, postoperative care and much more. He is very knowledgeable, up to date with cutting edge technology and excellent at explaining things to his patients in an empathetic and educational manner.

Great experience! Anthony Giallombardo and teams was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions. Just went in for an annual exam but would recommend coming here. Easy first time appointment, front desk ladies checked me in right away.

Dr. Lesko is the best !!!! Answered ALL my questions. Fantastic exam and explanation. Gave me great advice about the quality of my Glasses' lens. Was the ONLY Dr. in the area that was able to get me a very specific Accuvue Contact Lens. Also, one night I needed help on a Saturday at 9:30 at night and Dr. Lesko met me at the office to help with a "stuck" contact!!
I can't say enough good things about him.

Dr. Lesko is wise beyond his years! After just one discussion with him during my exam, I learned that—in addition to learning from some of the best in the state—Dr. Lesko began his full-time career as an O.D. In an opthalmology office, giving him a much broader range of knowledge than one would normally possess at such a young age. Dr. Lesko was also able to explain things to me in both an understandable and digestible way. Overall, I am incredibly impressed with Dr. Lesko and hope to see him for years to come!

I haven’t been to a doctor in years because I was very skeptical of them. I haven’t gotten an eye exam in years and my friend recommended this place so I said what the heck and went in for an exam. My eyes ended up being fine but the staff was so friendly and accommodating that I hope something goes wrong with my eyes so I have an excuse to go back.

I had a great eye exam with Dr. Lesko! He was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything, and made sure all my questions were answered. The whole process was smooth from checking in to getting some new glasses. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a knowledgeable and efficient optometrist!
