Tyra Harris, MFT

Tyra Harris, MFT

Psychotherapist
245 Country Club Dr Bldg, #100A, Stockbridge, GA
As a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern and current graduate student I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families reconnect with themselves and each other in meaningful ways. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, I spent my formative years between Detroit and Niagara Falls, New York, which gave experiences that shaped my appreciation for diverse perspectives and the importance of strong, supportive communities. My journey into the world of therapy is deeply rooted in a desire to offer others what we all need at some point in our lives: a safe, non-judgmental space to feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe in the power of healing through connection and I’m committed to guiding clients toward greater self-awareness, clarity, and empowerment. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy gardening, dancing, and hosting themed parties that bring people together in joyful, creative ways. I’m also an avid student of holistic healing. I’m currently building my own apothecary and learning about herbal remedies that support wellness of the mind, body, and spirit. Most importantly, I am a proud mother of a son in high school, who inspires me every day. Becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist is more than a career for me, it’s a calling. Supporting others as they navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their inner strength is incredibly fulfilling. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey towards healing and wholeness.
