I had an absolutely incredible “first Allergist experience” today at Greater Austin Allergy (Mon. Aug. 11th). The front desk, Kia, and Dr. Mantravadi were all incredibly welcoming. Bedside manner was phenomenal, I never felt like I didn’t belong. Everyone was super attentive, and I never felt discouraged or like an encumbrance on asking multiple questions. Both Kia and Dr. Mantravadi were very thorough in also making me feel at ease throughout the consultation. They broke down the results of the environmental skin evaluation in a way that made it I super easy for me to understand. I highly recommend Dr. Mantravadi to anyone that is looking establish care with an Allergist!

Dr. Vasudha Mantravadi is warm, attentive, and incredibly thorough. She listened closely to my concerns about recurrent GI infections and took a thoughtful, reasonable approach to the workup, ordering targeted immunologic labs. She’s a clear communicator and values a team-based approach. I also felt genuinely welcomed by her staff, including Azaria and the front desk team. I left feeling well cared for and confident in next steps — highly recommend!

Front desk staff members were abrasive upon arrival and did not know my proper insurance copay.

I came here for my regular allergy shots. Had a one off bad reaction after a year of consistent shots and monthly holding dose but the office staff and doctor took amazing care of me as I went into anaphylaxis in their office (nothing respiratory & they didn't cause it). I was able to leave after a little over an hour but they monitored me the entire time to ensure my comfort and safety. 100% would recommend this office/doctor but also allergy shots- they have made a huge difference in my quality of life aside from this one weird day.
