My memory was always sharp.
Events in the past now are recalled after I am giving details from others and only then I have a faint memory of the event.
My sharpness is definitely at a low.
Lately, certain memories are starting to arise when I concentrate fully and focus more.
Dr Peng and her Staff were soft spoken and comforting.
Her staff was professional and took my vitals and bloodwork, while simultaneously communicating with me in a positive relaxed manner. The doctor is a great listener and never showed me any negative emotions. I felt relaxed and knew that this is a great match. We talked back and forth and I was given some follow up tests to determine our next move.

The office was so clean and efficient with almost no wait time. Dr. Peng was very caring and clearly knew her stuff. I felt confident in her assessment and treatment plan. What really stood out was the nurse/medical assistant staff. They were so kind and made me feel very comfortable.

Nothing was talking about the appointment because MRI X-ray and blood work needed. What would have made this a better experience is to have everything done the same day in the facility as opposed to making appointments a month out from the appointment and then doing a follow-up 2 months out. In any facility of urgent care, this should have been ran more efficiently by having patient go downstairs for all the necessary tests and then come back up for the appointment

Office was supposed to get prior auth for my MRI that Dr Peng ordered. Office never even initiated the process and I got no answers to at least 8 calls until too late. MRI had to be canceled and rescheduled. Really upsetting to me. MRI office and my INS co. Crystal Run communication really stinks!!! This is not my 1st run in
