About Dr. Zachary Jost
Dr. Zachary Jost is a licensed optometrist who received his bachelor’s degree from Providence College and his doctor of optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry where he served on the board of the American Optometric Student Association.
Dr. Jost trained via externships at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Bedford, MA, Lynn Community Health Center in Lynn, MA , Merrimack Vision Clinic in Merrimack, NH & MyEyeDr in Raleigh, NC. During his rotations Dr. Jost had exposure to many specialties including but not limited to ocular disease, specialty contact lenses, and pediatrics.
Dr. Jost has worked in private practice in Boston and Cambridge specializing in contact lenses, primary eye care, and pre and post operative surgical co-management. Dr. Jost is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Optometrists and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Jost is very passionate about optometry as a profession and strives to provide the best care possible for his patients.

Very thorough and transparent. They worked with me to deal with insurance issues and get me the exam I needed, and explained every step in detail. Everyone was considerate and respectful. I was recommended here by a friend and I would also highly recommend them if they take your insurance. Calling ahead to check can help avoid any issues.

Excellent care was given by Dr. Jost, and he really took the time to address all of my eye concerns. The modern technology used for my eye exam/contact fitting impressed me. They also have a great selection of glasses and informed me of special deals on particular brands. The office is very clean, modern, and friendly. The office staff was very patient and helpful as it takes me forever to pick out glasses. I highly recommend this eye doctor.

I got something stuck inside my eyeballs, which is very difficult to take it out by myself.
But I’m so glad that I found Dr. Zachary Jost to help me. But I guess is not easy for him to take it out too, because it stuck very deep, but he was very patient and very gentle to hope me to took that thing out.
So I highly recommend Dr. Zachary, because he is very skillful, very helpful and very friendly!!!!!
