I waited like 2 1/2 hours even though I was there on time before I could be seen. They were swamped. Once I was in, though, I was taken care of immediately. I was given very attentive care and wasn't rushed at all. The office continues to call in order to make sure the condition I'm managing is being dealt with appropriately and has helped me to find a specialist. Other than the wait time, which I don't think could be helped - sometimes there's just a lot of people, even if you're working fast - everything was great. wasnt very clear with my results took an hour and 14 minutes to be seen i know doc visits can take some time but i am used to being seen within 30 minutes its hard to get an appointment time that i wanted it was available online then they called me back to change it which is frustrating. not the doctors fault more of a program issue. they want me to come back in three months for what i am not sure why but if i don't like my new prescription then itll be worth me going back but this will be my 3rd time in less then a year which is more then id like to be going then you have to see you primary before you can even see an obgyn …read more

We were not permitted to see the doctor because of our LA Care insurance and not having a referral from the primary doctor. However, the receptionist could have checked our insurance information over the phone prior to our visit and saved time for both parties. …read more
