Dr.Roman Isacc's office staff are exceptional: extremely patient and professional. The wait time was a bit excessive - more than an hour. The diagnosis was brief and quick given the simple nature of my visit (wrist injury), although he examined thoroughly. When he wrote a script for an MRI, I had to inquire with him as to whether it will be a standard imaging or contrast, which prompted him to re-write it for a contrast MRI; I don't think he would have suggested it should I not have mentioned it - which is concerning. Also, be sure to arrive ahead of time, as they do make you fill out paperwork, even if you submitted via zocdoc.
My visit was great. I got there 30 mons early and was seen within 10 mins. Very empathetic as I was in a lot of pain and got right to the point and had a plan of care ready to go and executed quickly. Definitely would recommend him for any ortho issues
I got there and they told me the Dr. had a meeting, and couldn't make my appointment. No one even tried to call me to let me know. They have one of the most inefficient offices I have ever encountered for many reasons.
