It's wonderful that you are seeking support for your emotional well-being. I am a clinical psychologist specializing in telehealth therapy for couples, marriage and family counseling. I work with adolescents presenting with emotional dysregulation and coping behaviors causing harm to self or others as well as individual therapy for adults. My approach is evidenced-based emotionally-focused, and trauma-informed. I utilizing evidence-based methods for accelerated healing that include distress tolerance skill building and learning how to communicate neutral boundaries. I address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression related to acute or chronic stressful life events, and trauma that occurs in relationships. I work with individuals facing marital or relationship problems and issues involving addictions to substances, eating disorders and ADHD and individuals who after hospitalization need assistance managing symptoms of suicidality, mania or psychosis. This is a telehealth practice that offers high quality care by American Psychological Association certified and trained clinicians with strong knowledge and experience providing therapy online. We also offer group therapy based on need and collaborative treatment plans. We are available as well for support between therapy sessions and on-call for emergencies as needed.
