Pivot Psychological Services

Pivot is a major part of the governing therapeutic approach utilized, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT guides people to accept the current reality including internal experiences without avoiding or suppressing them. The various components of ACT all come together to facilitate psychological flexibility. The essence we wanted to capture here is the power of pivoting in one's life.
