This doctor was tired. He didn’t show any care for my concerns or willingness to help. I presented with multiple tonsil stones for which he could see none (the most advanced tool used being a q-tip) after leaving I very easily pushed out with gentle pressure of my finger tip a stone the size of a pea. He advised me that everyone has them and I should simply ignore them because if I want my tonsils removed, I will have to pay privately as insurance will not cover it. Despite very meticulous oral care, the stones are chronic and bothersome and while I am completely willing to pay for their removal, I would obviously opt for a surgeon whose vision is adequate, not Dr. Nino.

Dr Nino was so amazing! I am a total spazz at the doctors and scared of literally everything, but he was able to calm me down and was so patient and kind. I really appreciated his patience and he had a great energy. Highly recommend!

Initially I had a morning appointment for the previous day, but it was rescheduled to the following day for an afternoon appointment. From my experience afternoon appointments usually have a longer wait period due to back up of earlier clients. I was pleasantly surprised that I was checked in and taken to a room within 15 minutes and the Dr. appeared about 5 minutes later. I was a new patient and I was very satisfied as he explained what he would be doing prior to doing it. I was very satisfied with the entire visit and treatment.

It was ok problem seems resolved but I felt the dr Vito’s have spent a little more time addressing the concern rather than rushing through it because he felt it was resolved

By far the best ENT I have ever went too. I had bad ear issues and this was my 4th visit to all different doctors and he got it solved in less then 10 minutes with a less then 10 minute wait. 10/10

Not sure if it was just a busy day, but I sat in the room for a little over an hour waiting to see the doctor and that was with an on time appointment. Once he arrived, he definitely took care of my problem. He and his staff were extremely nice. I'll definitely recommend this office.

Excellent! He was very nice, courteous and informative. I would definately recommend him.
The lady at the front desk moved things along quite efficiently but for some reason she never smiled at me. I was trying to be friendly but i guess she just wasnt in the mood.
Other than that everything else was very comfortable and easy going.
