Dr. Li was very nice and my problems with this visit was not because of her in any way. In fact, she had it worse than the patients as she was running around from patient to patient that she had not taken any breaks, including lunch for the whole day. Despite having an appointment, I waited 3 hours to be seen. The problem here lies in the fact that there was only one doctor working that day (Dr. Li) but two separate schedules, one for OB and one for GYN. Please tell me how one doctor can be in 2 exam rooms at once? Not to mention that this office does not respect and honor appointments at all. If 10 people just so happens to walk in right before your appointment time, they will be seen before you. Something is majorly wrong with the way this office works and I should know since I work at a medical office.
