One of the best doctor’s appointments I’ve ever had. The office is so peaceful - designed more like the Frick Collection than a doctors office with art on every wall. The appt started on time. The doctor was knowledgeable and made me confident that the treatment plan would help fix my issue.
The reception desk staff were great - welcoming and accomodating. Dr. Giraud was great. Didn't have to wait and answered my questions.
This was one of the best doctor's visits I've ever had. The check-in process for new patients at Dr. Chan's office was very quick, and I saw the doctor nearly as soon as my paperwork was done. Dr. Chan was extremely professional and thorough. He reviewed my medical history, addressed the reason for my visit, and had me on the way within 20 minutes. Dr. Chan had a great manner and he addressed every question I had regarding my treatment. I highly recommend him!
Everything was fantastic! I told the doctor what’s been going on and he explained in a great way. Easy to talk to and friendly front desk!
My visit with Dr. Le was overall great! She was very thorough with my examination and she gave me a lot of information about the issues I discussed with her. She also gave me multiple outcomes of my prognosis, which made it seem like I had options and I really liked the ability to choose my treatment if it came to it.

Great doctor however it took a while to meet the technician. Furthermore, the place is very oriented towards Chinese speakers so it might be awkward if you don't speak Chinese however, they all speak fluent English so don't be afraid!

She is so good to me. Top in my book as a professiona. l I've become very attached and depend on her for care of my sinus issues. She is so patient in my old age! I've been under her care for many years. My concerns are minor compared to some of her seriously ill patients. I am confident she still gives me the best of care! Writes everything down for me too!

Dr.Culang is knowledgeable and caring doctor. He explains the procedures before performing it and is very careful. No pain at all! Highly recommend Dr. Culang if you have concerns about your throat or nose. Staff who works for Dr.Culang are professional as well. I was taken on time and received a good care.
