Hi, I'm Aaron. Are you someone who feels like life is kicking you while you're down? Do you often look in the mirror and dislike what you see? I strive to help high-functioning individuals rediscover their inner strength to overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues. I work with clients to challenge the thoughts holding them back, using a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to their needs. I also incorporate music and guided meditations to facilitate self-understanding, along with providing tools clients can use at home to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. My main focus is to empower clients to better understand what is within their control and how they can make positive changes in their lives. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Capella University, which supports my commitment to evidence-based care. Reaching out for help can be scary because you don't know where to start or what to expect. In our sessions, I'll meet you with compassion and proven techniques so you can overcome the hang-ups and habits holding you back.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
