What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with clients who may be struggling with ADHD, anxiety, OCD or other neurodivergent symptoms that create dysfunction in their everyday lives. This may include relationship with self, peer relationships, family dynamic, and partner relationships. During our initial session, we will collaboratively create a set of goals to manage everyday life for manageable and sustainable improvement.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in collaborative, engaging, and both evidence & empathy based strategies. I focus on building a strong relationship first, because real change happens when you feel understood and supported. I integrate practices tailored to each individual including Motivational Interviewing, CBT, exposure work when appropriate, Solutions Focused Therapy and more. You may not know it now, but you are an expert on you! So, let's connect and cultivate a path that suits your unique needs in becoming the best possible version of you.
