My mission is to provide tools and support so you can overcome obstacles and trust yourself to navigate life independently. As a Gottman Method-certified couples therapist, I use research-based techniques to strengthen relationships. My approach combines empathy with honest feedback-I'll listen and understand, but I'll also challenge you to grow and move forward. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from William Paterson University and a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Progress isn't always easy, but I'll guide you every step of the way at a pace that works for you. Change is possible, and you don't have to face it alone. The first step is believing it can happen-and I'll be here to help with the rest. Let's work together to help you feel stronger, more capable, and ready to thrive. I use CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help you make positive changes. In our sessions, we'll focus on finding solutions, changing negative thought patterns, and staying motivated. You can expect a supportive and practical experience that helps you overcome challenges and move toward a more fulfilling life.
