Hello! Im a Licensed Clinical Socia Worker with over 10 years of experience. I have honed my craft and specialize in working with neurodivergent adults and children. As someone with ADHD myself I understand firsthand what its like to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly playing catch-up. I believe therapy should work with your brain not against it. Whether you or your child is struggling with focus, emotional regulation, anxiety, or just feeling like you/they fit the neurotypical mold, I'm here to help you build strategies that actually work for you.

Getting to know Adrianna Linares

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide play therapy to children ages 4-11 years old & individual talk therapy to pre-teens, teens, and adults. I am laid back and like to get to know your stengths and your interests in order to help you achieve your goals. In session I am calming, and provide and space of unconditional acceptance for you to explore your stressors.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

sessions are 55 minutes. We'll start with an intake session where we discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what approach might work best for you. For the first 8 weeks I reccommend meeting weekly. This helps build a strong therapuetic relationship and create momentum toward your goals. As you start making progress we can discuss spacing sessions out, moving out to every two weeks, three weeks, or once a month. My goal is to help you build skills and strategies you can use independently, while being available for support when you need it.
