Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona, California, and New York, with over 20 years of experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, relationships, work, family, and depression. I earned my MSEd in Counseling from the College of Saint Rose. I have extensive experience with anxiety related to perfectionism and overall life struggles. I tend to see clients who are highly functioning professionals struggling with being overly stressed and very hard on themselves. I strive to help clients become more self-aware and reflective so they can learn more about themselves and make better choices. My style is engaging, direct, and compassionate. I use a combination of CBT and Psychodynamic therapy.

As a therapist, my focus has always been to provide a supportive environment in order for clients to feel comfortable sharing their experiences and struggles. My style is compassionate, direct, and interactive. I am fully engaged in the interactive process.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
