Getting to know Aleia Fagan

I’m a proud graduate of Howard University School of Social Work, where I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2015 with a focus on clinical practice, aging populations, children & family systems. I received my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 2011, and began my academic journey at Coastal Carolina College, graduating in 2007. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a range of settings—including community mental health, medical social work, long-term care, and private practice. These experiences have deepened my commitment to honoring the dignity and strength of individuals while helping them navigate life transitions with confidence and support. I help older adults, adolescents, teenagers, and young adults navigate the emotional, relational, and psychological challenges of their unique life stages through compassionate, individualized therapy that fosters resilience, emotional well-being, and a strong sense of self.
