I am a licensed mental health therapist, life coach and clinical/counseling Psychologist with a Doctorate degree (PHD) in Clinical/Counseling and a Master’s degree in Social Work bringing over 10 years of experience in the medical and mental health field. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a medical hospital setting in maternal child, psych, ER, adult medicine, substance abuse, chronic ailments and hospice care units supporting individuals across all age groups as they navigate through life’s most difficult challenges. My passion for therapy is deeply personal. After losing my beloved father at a young age, I experienced a period of persistent sadness and grief. It was through step-by-step therapy that I found healing, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose. That experience shaped my belief in the power of therapy and inspired me to help others find their own path to healing. I believe there are not enough people in the world truly committed to helping others overcome their struggles. That belief, coupled with my genuine love for people and their unique stories, drives my work every day. My approach is grounded in empathy, patience, and a deep desire to guide individuals toward identifying their struggles, building emotional strength, and achieving meaningful breakthroughs.
