Hi there, I'm Alex. I work from a nonjudgmental perspective, striving to create a space where it is easy to come forth with anything and all things you may have been struggling with. I approach therapy from a systems perspective, understanding that it is not only our own thoughts, feelings, ideas, and beliefs that impact us, but also those of our environment and the people around us. I have been in the mental health field for the past 15 years and have been a therapist for the past six years. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. I am a DBT-informed therapist as well as WPATH trained. I primarily work with teenagers and young adults who are typically struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or trauma. I also work with self-harm and suicidal ideation.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
