Hello, my name is Aleya, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, as well as a Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Montclair State University. Additionally, I earned a Certificate in Aging and my Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers. My professional goal is to assist others in better navigating daily life and the pressures that come with it through CBT, Family Systems, and Mindfulness therapeutic approaches.
