As we're approaching a year I wanted to say thank you to acknowledge how helpful you've been in helping me overcome some patterns and evolve. I genuinely feel like a different person and cannot imagine having gotten anywhere close to here without you.
Alison is a great and very personable therapist. I love that she is willing to try several different styles of therapy to see what works best for you. It makes treatment seem individualized to your needs, and flexible enough to switch it up if your needs change. If you are creatively inclined, she is the perfect therapist as she has an arts background and can help you process in that space.
