I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist for 20 years. We are the experts on ourselves, but we forget about this when life takes an unexpected turn. There is nothing wrong with you that what's right with you cannot fix. Let's start putting the puzzle pieces together in a different way.

I help individuals/couples understand and navigate the challenges of ADHD, especially people unaware it may be the cause of their anxiety, depression, and focus issues. Many people with ADHD struggle with deadlines, task completion, and relationship/work issues.
I know you are doing the best with what you have. You just aren't where you want to be. I get it. Your emotions tell you you might never get there.
