Allison Hadley is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who provides compassionate, trauma-informed care for adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and major life transitions. She has extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, and those coping with chronic stress, severe mental illness, and mood disorders. Allison draws from several evidence-based modalities, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and experiential techniques. She is Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed and was recently certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She is also pursuing her certification as a Shame-Informed Treatment Specialist (CSTS). Before joining Innovative Care, Allison worked in community mental health settings and crisis drop-in programs, including The Living Room model. Outside of work, you can find her spending time with her two goofy dogs, knitting something cozy, or laughing with friends over a good movie.
