I often use cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness techniques, and practical coping tools to help you make progress both in and outside of sessions. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, clarity, and lasting change.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know you—your story, your goals, and the challenges you’re facing. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current concerns, and what you’d like to achieve in therapy. From there, we’ll work together to create a personalized treatment plan. In ongoing sessions, I use evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and supportive talk therapy to help you gain insight and develop practical tools for daily life. My goal is to make each session collaborative, supportive, and focused on moving you toward positive, lasting change.
