Getting to know Alyssa Harberger

I think all human behavior makes sense in context! I come to our work together with a holistic approach to collaboratively exploring your lived experiences, identities, and formative relationships to better understand "the why" behind your current struggles. Having worked in various clinical settings, I specialize in Attachment Theory and am clinically trained in both family systems and psychodynamics. I support teens and adults as they navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship issues, blended families, grief/loss, depression, and OCD. At my core, I am a growth cheerleader, highlighting the wins and ways in which my clients are changing. I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology from California Lutheran University and hold a Bachelor's degree from Emerson College. A Los Angeles native, I love spending my free time with my dog and eating great food around the city. Additional ACTION is required to finalize your booking with Alyssa. If you book with Zocdoc, Stori's Care Coordinator will follow up with next steps to complete your booking.
