My journey in this field has equipped me with the skills and passion to assist those dealing with mental health issues, substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma, grief, and anger management. I believe in a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy, where we work together to navigate life's challenges and improve your quality of life. My background includes extensive experience in crisis stabilization and conflict resolution. I have dedicated my career to service and problem-solving, always striving to join with those in need. My work with active duty and retired military personnel, particularly through the Veterans Crisis Line and the National Suicide Prevention Crisis Hotline, has given me a deep understanding of the unique difficulties faced by our Armed Forces and their families. As the wife, daughter, niece, sister-in-law, daughter-in-law, granddaughter, and aunt of active duty military and veterans, I am intimately aware of the strain and stress that military life can impose on both individuals and their loved ones. In our sessions, you can expect a safe and supportive environment where your concerns are heard and validated. I specialize in a wide range of areas including anger management, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, children's and adolescent mental health, family relationships, grief, life transitions, PTSD, intimate relationships, psychosis, stress, suicidal ideation, depression, addiction, and trauma. My goal is to help you find effective strategies to manage these challenges and lead a more fulfilling life. Outside of my professional life, I am deeply committed to my family and the values that come with being part of a military community. These experiences have shaped my empathetic and resilient approach to therapy.
