Focus Amanda works with clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relational struggles, and life transitions. Her approach is rooted in the understanding that many of the patterns we carry as adults have their origins in early childhood experiences. By integrating psychodynamic insight with trauma-informed care and somatic awareness, she helps clients explore how the past lives in the present, and gently supports the nervous system in finding new ways of being. She has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent clients, recognizing that many have navigated systems and relationships that did not account for how their minds and bodies work, and that therapy can be a space of genuine attunement and understanding. Through therapy, she creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their inner worlds, reconnect with their bodies, and build more meaningful, grounded lives.
