I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Maryland and Florida. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree from Westminster College. Seeking help to find the happiest and healthiest version of yourself is something I plan to aid you with as we embark on your therapeutic journey together. As a therapist and a human being, I know firsthand how the different aspects of life can make it difficult to manage daily tasks and how challenging it is to handle and overcome these obstacles on our own. Therapy is not easy, but my role as your therapist is to make sure you never feel alone on your journey. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
