My primary clinical focus has been treating adults from diverse backgrounds with anxiety and panic disorders, mood disorders, trauma, self-esteem issues, relational distress, adjustment, and multicultural issues. I draw upon principles of CBT, Narrative and Trauma Therapy, Inner Child Work, Attachment theory, Psychodynamic Theory, and Mindfulness-Based Practices. I have experience with individual and group work in South Asia and the U.S.A. I hold a Master's and an EdM in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University, which have deeply informed my approach to therapy.

I work collaboratively to highlight and use your personal strengths as a catalyst to develop insight and cultivate lifestyle changes.
