Hello, I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (L.P.C.C.) practicing in Ohio. I have over 25 years of experience providing therapy in many settings - homes, schools, healthcare, facilities, and private practice - to help people manage life's challenges. Individuals must be enabled to navigate emotional obstacles to grow and achieve their full potential. Empowering clients to see challenges as opportunities, understand emotional boundaries, be true to their authentic selves, and learn not to own other people's issues are foundational in my work.
My scope of practice includes general mental health issues (anxiety, depression, etc.), life adjustments/transitions, trauma-informed therapy, communication issues, life balance, career challenges/changes, relationship issues, etc. I have experience working with a culturally diverse client base. I also have extensive training in crisis support.
It is important to me to establish a safe, nonjudgmental environment and show respect to all clients. I want to meet you where you are so we can navigate to growth and change together.
