I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over two decades of experience helping adults and seniors navigate challenging life transitions, anxiety, stress, grief, depression, insomnia, women’s and men’s issues, parenting, premarital issues, parental estrangement, emotional neglect, trauma, and poor self-esteem. I believe that my clients have great potential for growth, and I love to walk with you through that process. We will work together to help you move beyond past hurts, embrace the present, and build hope for the future. I take an individualized holistic approach to counseling, drawing from a variety of techniques tailored to meet each person's unique needs. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology and Parenting, Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Meditation, and other Relaxation Techniques. I offer evening and weekend telehealth hours for your convenience.
