Over the last 20 years, I have problem-solved with clients, helping them find serenity despite difficulties. There are solutions, and together we can find the right answers for you as an individual. If you are questioning a diagnosis or wondering if you have a problem, I have the experience to help you figure this out. I provide individual therapy for adults and their families, focusing on understanding the diagnosis and the most effective treatment. My psychotherapy addresses obstacles to success and fosters peacefulness. Healing involves addressing the past while moving toward future goals. I also offer substance abuse counseling that emphasizes recovery and growth. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, which informs my compassionate and effective approach to care.

I am strength based in that I believe everyone has some resilience to work through difficulties. I can help you find that strength to find solutions that lead to peace of mind.
