What should a new client know about working with you?

You deserve a therapist who understands your identities. I bring a unique perspective as a queer, divorced, single parent who left religion. I understand the struggles and triumphs that come with embracing your authentic self in the face of societal expectations. Clients describe me as a compassionate coach. We don't just talk about what has happened in your life: we process it, we dig into it, we understand it, we heal it. Are you ready for a change? Schedule your free 15 minute consultation with me today!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Just like you, I found myself doing all the right things and still struggling. I had been in talk therapy for years and it felt like I was spinning my wheels. Why couldn't I find the reason why life felt so difficult? That's what led me to discover EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, and Somatic healing. These practices changed my life. I was able to finally slow down and become in-tune with myself. I began to let go of past pain and access my true self. Instead of looking to others to heal me or save me, I became my own healer. Now, it's not in spite of my journey but because of it that I offer you the skills to heal yourself and a safe space to explore what's going on underneath the surface. I understand the struggle, and I'm here to guide and support you on your path to healing.
