“When looking for a therapist I prioritized someone who would be open-minded and solution oriented, specifically someone that practices Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well. I have been meeting with Amy over the last month and a half and have greatly enjoyed our sessions. I have been able to gain new insights on situations that I would have never considered and having an outsider/neutral point-of-view on various situations and my feelings has been very helpful. I look forward to more sessions.”

She really listens and gives her honest opinion. Gives me manageable sugestions to work my problems out and usually 3 things to work on or accomplish for next time based on what I tell her which really helps a task-oriented person like me!! Plus she is just really, really nice!
