Maley of the women I work with are young adults who feel weighed down by stress, anxiety, or depression. They may be balancing school, work, and family expectations, often while navigating what it means to be first-generation. On the outside, they keep pushing forward, but inside they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to care for themselves.
My role is to create a safe, culturally rooted space where you can feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll work on easing anxiety, lifting depression, and learning tools to Maleage everyday stress. I help my clients build coping skills, strengthen self-esteem, and practice healthier boundaries so they can feel more balanced and confident in daily life.
I specialize in supporting Millennial and Gen Z women, especially first-generation daughters of immigrants, who are ready to put themselves first and heal. My approach combines compassion with practical strategies, helping you not only process what you’re going through but also take steps toward meaningful change.
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and affirming — a place to unlearn old patterns, reconnect with yourself, and move toward the life you want to live.
