Getting to know Anaam Hussain
Anaam Hussain, NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor, has joined The Practice with over a decade of experience in mental and behavioral health. She earned her Master's in Mental Health Counseling from City University of New York, City College. Anaam completed her two years of required fieldwork under Dr. Fallon's direct supervision. Extremely impressed with her work ethic, skillset, and compassionate care, Dr. Fallon continued to provide Anaam with supervision and mentorship after she completed her licensing requirements, offering extensive opportunities for growth and expanded knowledge in diverse and challenging clinical settings. Anaam has since become an organizational leader and an exceptional therapist in her own right. It is with sincere pleasure and genuine confidence in her strong clinical skills and character that Dr. Fallon has invited Anaam to once again join her in doing the work we love so much.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Anaam is a multicultural competent therapist who works from a strength-based perspective utilizing evidenced based techniques. She is skilled and experienced in helping people struggling with relationship and family concerns, substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and difficult life transitions. Anaam is also deeply interested in women’s issues as well as the immigrant experience. Anaam is fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi.

Annam is an in-network provider for Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans with the exception of medicare and medicaid. Dr. Fallon’s Practice accepts all major credit cards as well as HSA cards for payment. Card information is stored via our HIPAA compliant billing system and cards on file are charged in accordance with our 48 hour cancellation policy.
