I offer a supportive space to explore thoughts & feelings about relationships, sexuality, spirituality, gender, health conditions, work, depression, anxiety, & grief. For people exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness, I provide psychedelic preparation&integration.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I've been a therapist for 10 years in various settings, and I've also experienced being a patient in different kinds of therapies. I know how important it is that your therapist is not only easy to talk to, but also equipped to help with you with your struggles.
I support people in all kinds of relationship structures. I believe in the power of risk reduction & having a place to hold yourself compassionately accountable.
I am out-of-network and am happy to help you navigate reimbursement if you have that benefit.

Initial session: $220 for 60 minutes
Ongoing session: $220 for 55 minutes
