“Andre has been a godsend when it comes to PCIT. We had a behavioral daughter. At 5 years old, her school reached out to us regarding her behaviors at school, which were matching her behaviors at home. I heard about PCIT from a neighbor and reached out to Adre Cuda. He accepted us as patients and saw us weekly. He took time to explain the therapy and how it works, he was pleasant to work with, he was thorough, and he was great with my daughter. She is graduating from her therapy next week and she is actually upset that she doesn’t get to see Mr Andre every Monday anymore! Her behavior has improved tenfold since our first appointment with him and we couldn’t possibly be more thankful for him and the work he has put in with us. I highly recommend Andre Cuda to anyone in search of PCIT!”

Getting to know Andre Cuda
My story starts with losing a delivery job with UPS in my early 20s because I ran over two cones during training. I needed a new direction and found my passion for helping people. I am grateful I ran over those two cones because it changed my career. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and now have 15 years of experience as a licensed mental health professional. I started Cuda Counseling (CC), where I work with an amazing team. We help individuals succeed by dialing down their inner critic and creating an inner ally.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I understand that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective counseling. That's why I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can freely discuss your challenges and wins. My action-oriented approach is designed to help you identify achievable measures of success, empowering you to realize your full potential.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Don't hesitate to reach out if you're ready to experience inner freedom by identifying and overcoming challenging thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. Our sessions would be 45-60 minutes and could be virtual or in-person, depending on your location. Let's connect and start your journey towards more joy, better relationships, and peace. Remember, the first step is often the hardest and most rewarding

He really helped navigate why I felt the way I felt about things, and overall helped me a lot. With only two visits I had a different feeling and was able to save other visits for the future.
