I am a mental health practitioner providing counseling for adults and seniors. I hold a Master's in Community Counseling from Trinity University. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapies to offer a personalized approach, tailored to meet the specific and unique needs of each client. I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
