I started my career in school systems, using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to assist children with various diagnoses. I also worked at an agency specializing in high crisis behavior for children aged 2 to 18. Later, I managed Adult Family Homes for individuals with developmental disabilities such as autism and Down syndrome. I obtained my master's degree from Gonzaga University and gained further experience as an intern at Frontier Behavioral Health, where I worked with clients dealing with Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and more. I have counseled individuals with different diagnoses and challenges, and I particularly enjoy working with autistic adults and those going through life transitions. As a neurodivergent affirmative therapist, I do not practice ABA and I am here to help you heal from any therapy that did not meet your unique needs.
