Have you felt broken and are now ready to begin the healing process? I am ready to embark on this journey with you. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and have been practicing counseling and coaching for more than 15 years. I have experience working with clients ranging in age from 3 to 80. My expertise includes substance abuse, court-mandated counseling, family and relationship counseling, parenting, coaching, trauma, and life transitions. Therapy with me is a personal journey tailored to each client. My theoretical orientation is very person-centered and designed to meet your unique needs. I use an innovative approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and client-centered therapy to create the best outcomes for you.
