I believe therapy should work for you, not vice versa, so I have an eclectic therapeutic style that mixes mostly cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills through a strength-based and humanistic approach. Additionally, I love working with anyone going through fertility, pregnancy, or postpartum experiences as I am a mom of two beautiful, little hurricanes--I mean, kiddos! Overall, I strive to balance direct and effective clinical support with a healthy dash of humor and whimsy for a unique therapeutic experience.
