Hello! Thanks for stopping by! My name is Dr. Andrew Mendonsa, and I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with a PsyD in Clinical Forensic Psychology from Alliant International University. With over two decades of experience, I have helped folks find happiness and solutions in their lives. I offer an innovative, client-focused approach that gets you tools and insight fast.
My approach
My approach is simple-what do you need to succeed? During our first few sessions, we will develop a plan together-a roadmap. From there, we will maximize our sessions working toward your goals and building tools for your life toolbox. Life happens, and when things come up, we can pivot, solve those problems, and get right back on track.
My focus
I love working with a wide variety of adults, from the younger to the wiser. I have been called an old soul, yet I am truly young at heart. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated and ready to roll up their sleeves and get some work done. Won't you join me?

My communication style is a combination of supportive and accountable. I want you to be successful, so I will hold you to your goals, but I also know we are human. I want you to learn on the journey, not just get beat up. I will walk alongside you while allowing you to take some risks and pushing you a little. Growth happens when you take risks.

I love people. I love seeing people grow and become better versions of themselves. For decades, this has driven me in my career-and it still does to this day!

From there, we will work backward on a plan that you like and agree with. Step by step, you crawled, then walked, then ran. The same step-by-step process will help you succeed in therapy. I promise.
